1. Acquire RAN (Return Authorization Number) by contacting customer support.

2. Pack your return
Use the original shipping box and packing material. It's designed perfectly for safe packing!
Important: Clearly specify RAN on the box, otherwise return will not be processed.

3. Ship your return
You may use any return shipping method at your own expense. Customer service representative will provide shipping address and instructions.

4. Check your email You will be notified by email once your return has been received or processed. Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt.
